He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heath and Theresa Heath; and his siblings, Michael Paul Heath, Teri Henery (Heath), Sharon Gore (Heath) and Joyce Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Heath (Blankenhorn); his sons, Jonathan Heath and Adam Heath; his daughter-in-law Liz Heath; his grandchildren, Hunter, Alex, Owen and Tara Heath; his daughter Tara Govro; his grandchildren, Gavin Heath and Sierra Finchem; his great grandchildren, Goldie and Dodge; his siblings, Barbara Lindell (Tony), Linda Boyer (Heath), Carol Reinschmidt (Heath) and Timothy Heath (Cheryl); his niece Nikki Landoll; and his nephew Michael Heath Jr.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
