She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert C. Sr. Leifheit and Blanche Leifheit; her husband Dennis Joseph Mahoney; and her siblings, Jeanette Chinski, Beatrice Comegys and Robert Leifheit.
She is survived by: her siblings, Albert C. Leifheit Jr., Margaret Stevenson, Ella Cook and George Leifheit; her daughters, Agnes Vavala (James), Kathleen Protano (Joseph), Maureen Kunkel (Lawrence) and Sheila Alabrudzinski (Chris); and her grandchildren, Jack Hollingsworth (Stephanie), Steven Hollingsworth (Michelle), Molly Haislip (Tyler) and Connor Alabrudzinski. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
