She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isaac Hall and Ethel Hall; her husband Gerald Spicer Sr.; her children, Gerald Spicer Jr., Tinielle, La Rence, Tywania Spicer and Brenda (Angie Collazo Harris); and her cousins, Joann and Gabby. She was also cherished by extended family, including her cousins.
Her contributions to Geriatrics of Delaware and Maids for You were invaluable, and her entrepreneurial spirit shone through as the owner of her own home daycare, which she operated for many years.
