He was predeceased by: his parents, Letha Frederick (Miller) and John H. Frederick; his wife Jacqueline Jamison (Jamison); his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Darlene Frederick; his daughter Marcia McKinney; and his siblings, John "Jack" Frederick, Leroy Frederick, Harry Frederick and Dorothy Ramsey.
He is survived by: his son Carl H. Frederick; his brother Gary Frederick (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Casey (Aidan), Robbie Hollada, Desiree Frederick, Jessica Frederick of Carl John, Frederick (Liz), Amy Bonneville, Lindsey Lee Frederick and Eric McKinney (Angela). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
