He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lightburn; his children, Carl Lightburn Jr., Sandra Quinones and Keith Lightburn; his children-in-law, Sabrina Lightburn, Maureen Lightburn and Rick Quinones; his grandchildren, Yvonne, Kaila, Kenton, Joseph and David; and his siblings, Clinton "Pulu" Lightburn and Barbara Thurton (Colin Thurton). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great- grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
