He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Roy, Sr. and Dorothy Elizabeth (Bungy); and his sister Gladys Rosetta Roy-Johnson (Doctor Rufus Johnson). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia, Robert Allison Roy, Sr., Larry Emerson Roy, Sr., Francis E. Roy, Jr. (Marva Richardson-Roy) and Rutledge M. Roy (Mary Harmon); and his sisters-in-law, Frances and Deborah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
