She was predeceased by: her mother Regina Cusack (McCorkle); and her sister Regina Sipala. She is survived by: her husband Dr. John S. Piendak; her children, Elizabeth McGivney (William), John Piendak, Melissa Percopo (Leo) and Joe Cann; her grandchildren, Brendan (Sara), Brigid, Liam McGivney, Vincent, Katarina Percopo and Monica Piendak Manngard; and her caregiver Kia.
