He is survived by: his wife Michele Cooke (Marra); his children, Diane Cooke (Shanna), David Cooke, Donna Regan (Jesse), Denise Ratcliff (Kyle), Dan Cooke (Kayla) and Michael Manfredo; and his brothers, William Cooke (Lisa) and George Cooke (Colleen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
