He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Tomczak and Ann Tomczak (Radka); and his brother Thomas C. Tomczak. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Denise Gray (Mel), Kenneth Tomczak and Kimberly Serino (Chris); his sister Mary Ann Hall (Gene); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Tomczak; his grandchildren, Desiree, Dana, Chloe, Michael, Christian and Jacqueline; and his great grandchild Layla. He is also survived by his wife, children and their spouses, sister, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Catherine of Siena Church or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
