We are sad to announce that, on June 3, 2022, at the age of 68, Cheryl J. Kelly of Wilmington, Delaware, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Hightman, (Boward) and Floyd Hightman, Jr.; her husband Patrick Kelly; and her daughter Gabrielle Manganaro Smallwood. She is survived by: her daughter Candice Kohler of California; her siblings, Mary P. Miller of Ellicott City, MD, Rodney Hightman (MaLinda Narkavich) of Saylorsburg, PA, Daniel (Midge Hightman), Mark (Suzanne Cox) and Greg Hightman of Lady Lake, FL; and her grandchildren, Alec J. Smallwood, Aiden T. Smallwood, Matthew Johnson and Khalie Seigel.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Renee's Rescues, PO Box 1297, Hockessin, DE 19707.
