With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christian R. Malmgren (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Malmgren and Arlene Malmgren McMonigle (Ellison); his grandson Christian Dominic Malmgren; and his siblings, Gayle Migliore, Donna Sudol, Terry McMonigle, George Malmgren, Otto Oller and Erick Malmgren.

He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Christian B. Malmgren (Yolanda), Pamela Burgos (Jose), Ross Malmgren (Sheri) and Cynthia Leski (Stephen); his grandchildren, Alexis, Lauren, TJ Burgos, Ross Christian, Emily Malmgren, Nina, Nicholas Leski, Jessica and Amanda Lopez; and his siblings, Robert Malmgren, Jack McMonigle, Daniel McMonigle, Dorothy Drake and Norma McMonigle.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Chris's memory to Jesus House Prayer and Renewal Center, 2501 Milltown Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, https://www.jesushousecenter.org.
