With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Looby (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cindy Looby to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Looby and Connie Fries Looby; her stepmother Jeanne Cassidy Looby; and her brother Shaun. She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie, Melissa Sedlacek (Glenn), Andrea Krzyzanowski (Matt), Kevin (Jackie), Chris (Carol), Neil (Gwen) and John (Joy). She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews, and 6 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
