With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Concetta Dallas of Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stephano and Edith Stephano (Bozzi); her husband James Dallas, Sr.; and her siblings, Jean Scalessa, JoAnn Young and Joseph Stephano.
She is survived by: her children, James Dallas, Jr. (Cynthia), Joseph Dallas (Lisa), Edith Ryan (Tim) and Grandmom; her sister Mary Jane McInnis (Don); and her daughter Connie. She is also survived by her siblings, children and grandchildren.
