She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob W. Kutz and Ruth Kutz (Waggoner); her husband Richard E. Polleck; and her sisters, Nellie, Elsie and Irene.
She is survived by: her brother Ronald; her sons, Rick (Patti) and Ken (Deborah); her grandchildren, Scott (Kelly), Jenna Hall (Hayden) and Zachary; her stepgrandson Elijah; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Dallas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
