He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harvey and Mildred Fischer; and his parents, William Simpson and Betty Simpson. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Jean Roe of Wilmington, Sharon McCracken (Harvey) of Bear, Roberta Ueltzhoffer of Newark and Harvey Moore of Wilmington; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Johnny, Michelle, Harvey, Stephanie, Jessica, Gabrielle, Frankie and Nicholas.
