He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Bolgiano (Scarber) and Joseph Clinton Bolgiano; and his siblings, Joy Pavao, Colleen Burns and Johnny Young.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann (Clipper); his children, Scott Bolgiano (Cristel) of Rockville, MD, Teri Kennedy (Gary) of Wilmington, DE and Lynn Jansen (John) of Melbourne Beach, FL.; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Ali), Collin (Samantha), Casey (Amber), Brendan, Jet, Samantha (Patrick), Ashleigh and Jack.
