He was predeceased by: his father Charles Sullivan; and his sister Charyl Ann. He is survived by: his mother Carol Sullivan; his children, Jordan Sullivan (Aryana), Riley Sullivan and Shane Sullivan; his grandson Ronan Sullivan; and his siblings, Chuck (Renee), Mike (Wendy), Tim (Michelle), Ann Marie (Anthony) and Patricia. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandson.
