McQueen and Howard Smallwood Sr.; siblings: Howard Smallwood Jr., David Smallwood, Vernon Smallwood (Bunky), Richard (Ricky) Smallwood, Lita Jones, Cassandra Smallwood, Lee Daniel Smallwood, Kaitanya Smith Jones, Nyshika McIntosh, Theresa Wilson and Tae'Kerra Smallwood-Bey; children: Travis Brown, Darielle Evans, Ciara Smallwood, Blessied Hopkins, Darrell Smallwood Jr., Tiara Smallwood and Terry Fields Jr. (bonus father); grandchildren: Da'Jhane Evans, Zakaria Evans, Jayden Matthews, Damarion Lyonelle George Smallwood, Damoni Hopkins, Asani Younger, Unique Younger, Damari Almalik Matthew and Calani Smallwood; cousins: Valerie A. Alleyne-Robinson and Karen D. Johnson-Stephans; friends: Stephen "Toper" Seth, Danny Daugherty, Nolan Matthews and Stacey Evans; and a host of family members, friends, and neighbors.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Funeral Home (2317 N Market St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
