He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Peggy" Cook (O'Neal); his children, Meri Ann Spears (Dean), Karen C. Ewing (late Randy) and Darwin F. "Skip" Cook, Jr. (Jen Nightingale); and his stepchildren, Theresa Lydon (late Jerry), Thomas W. Steele, Jr. (Eva) and Sherry Lynn Boleslawski (Dave). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
