He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. Harrigan and Ida Harrigan; his sons, David P. Reed (Sherri) and Tyrone Furrowh; his grandson David Harrigan, IV; and his siblings, Marvin, Richard Harrigan, Doris Jones, Margaret Gordon, Edith Harrigan, Martha Ross and Ruth S. Young.
He is survived by: his wife Eva M Gates; his daughters, Valerie (James), Sylvia Watson, Crystal and Stacey Harrigan; his granddaughter Jazzlynn Harrigan; his siblings, Veronica Brown and Donald Harrigan; and his close friend John Dowling. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. And a host of nieces. nephews, cousins.
