He was predeceased by: his father Ron Pack. He is survived by: his mother Lucia DiGiovanni; his wife Mary Lou Galantino; his children, Madi, Danny and Mary Lou Galantino; and his siblings, Lisa Pack, Roni Anton (Bill), Jeffery Pack (Terry), Anthony Pack (Kate) and Deirdre Pack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
