She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecelia Prettyman (Rybicki) and William Prettyman; her son Kevin G. Forrest; and her sister Patricia Novak Barbato. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle N. Forrest of Claymont; her grandchildren, Stevie, Isaiah, Ryan and Nate; her brother Tom Novak, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Kay (William Forrest Jr.) of Elsmere.
