Debra A Sparks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra A Sparks (Wilmington, Delaware), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Debra farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Debra is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her father Ronald Lee Williams; her children, Joseph Bud Sparks II, Tyler James Sparks (Kelsey Lynn Sparks) and Aubrey Sky Sparks; her brother Bob Williams (Dee); her sibling's children, Rachel Peffley and Robert Williams; and also Cindy Guille.
