He is survived by: his parents, Rose Hunter and Franklin Lovell; his wife Vivian Hunter; his sons, Derrick Hunter Jr. and Tyler Hunter; his siblings, Felicia Corbin, Tahnae Corbin, LaVaughn Davis, Willie and Robert Relliford; his nephews, Sean Dale and Alim Hunter; and his godsons, Myles Buchanan and Craig Smith Jr.. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins, family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Funeral Home (2317 N Market St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
