He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Michael Donofrio (Rachel) and Gina Ciaffi (Michael); his siblings, Roberta Weber (Rich), Robert Donofrio (Ronnie) and Carolyn Donofrio (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony Ciaffi, Alexa and Avery Donofrio. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
