He was predeceased by: his parents, Donell Lee Guy Sr. and Rosa Lee Crawford Guy. He is survived by: his children, Michael Guy, Michele Guy and Marjorie Guy; his nephews, Quentin Eugene Johnson Guy and Lawrence David Johnson Guy; his niece Samita Lynn Guy; and his cousins, Margueritte "Peggy" Bracy Brown, Lawrence Bracy III, Latisha Bracy and Dianita Guy Allen.
