She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Winfield Starr and Elizabeth Caroline Starr (Hoffman); her husband Robert; her children, John and Susan; her sisters, Ruth Smith, Dorothy Mearns, Gene Singley, Elizabeth Johsnon, Shirley Morgan and Evelyn Worley (Marjorie Marsh); and her grandmother Doris.
She is survived by: her son Robert Jr. (Janice); and her grandchildren, Stacey Gant (Graham), Danielle Hanby, Zachary Hanby (Christine), Rachel Hagy (Shaun) and Joshua Hanby. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The Friends of Brandywine Springs or a charity of your choice, in her honor.
