He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Beatson (Kimball) and John Beatson; and his brother John Beatson. He is survived by: his cousin Tara Geise; and his friend Bruno Caputo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial donation in Doug's name to Disabled American Veterans. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
