He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Jr. and Gabrielle Gail; his parents, Harriet Parker and Donnell Gail; his siblings, Danielle Gail and Davon Gail; and his close friend James Younger. He is also survived by five aunts, three uncles, several nieces, a nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
