He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Henry Stevens and Blanche Hilyard Stevens; and his brother William H. Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Ann Riley Stevens; his children, Richard, Penny Stevens, Mary K. and Bill LaRue; his grandchildren, Andrea Stevens, Peter Stevens (Caitlin) and Melissa LaRue; his great grandchild Spencer; and his sister Elsie J. Megonigal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
