We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Eleanor A. Stone of Wilmington, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenick Castelli and Anna Claire Castelli (Frederick); and her siblings, Rudy Castelli, Joseph Castelli, Lena Serio, Rose Nally, Laura Pronio, Susan Deery and Mary Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Love Tambourelli and Tomm Stone (Donna); her grandchildren, Rebecca Richmond (Dan), Kristina Stuckert (Ryan), Jeremiah Stone (Emily), Jonathan Stone (Brian Biasini) and Jesse Stone; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Eliza Richmond, Alice, Oliver and Eleanor Stone. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doherty Funeral Home - Pike Creek (3200 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (901 N Dupont St, Wilmington, DE 19805). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Cathedral Cemetery (2400 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805).
