She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edwin Bird and Bertha A. Bird (Plowman); her husband Harry Thomas Decker; and her brother William Bird. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Anne Kiser (Daniel) and Cynthia Jean Burge (Weldon); her grandchildren, Timothy Kiser (Allie), Jessica Strojny (Steve), Christopher Burge (Chelsea) and Eric Burge; and her great grandchildren, Ella Strojny, Logan Strojny, Payton Kiser and Landon Kiser.
