It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth L. Carrow of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. J., Sr. Carrow and Anita Jones Carrow; and her brothers, H. J., Jr., Wilbur L., Robert A. Carrow and Dr. B. Stimson Carrow.
She is survived by: her nephews, H. J., III and William (Kim); and her caregiver Jane B. Lee. She is also survived by three great-nephews, a great niece.
