She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Burley and Lillian Burley (Brown); her siblings, Edward, Robert and Shirley Knowland; her son Troy Ashe (Renee); her nephew Terrance D. Lockett; her daughter-in-law Nina Ashe; her grandchildren, Anekia Nyamsi and Richard Beach; her goddaughters, Yolanda Corbitt (Laddie) and Stephanie Corbitt; and her friends, Marie Corbitt and Priscilla Wright. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
