She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Cook Sr.; her parents, Albert Leifheit and Blanche Leifheit; and her siblings, Robert Leifheit, Jeanette Chinski, Bea Comegys and Blanche Mahoney.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Theriault (John) of Martinsburg, WV, Ronald L. Cook Jr. of Stanton, DE and Connie Cook (Kristen) of Suffolk, VA; her siblings, Margaret Stevenson of Montrose, PA, Albert Leifheit of Newport, DE and George Leifheit of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Timmy, Matthew, Rebecca and Johnny; and her great grandchild Beau.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home (212 E Justis St, Wilmington, DE 19804). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
