Though Elsie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marian Ragsdale. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Coston; her sons, Richard Martin (Diane) and Carl Martin; her siblings, Elsa Satchell (Ernest), Vibert Martin, Claudette Martin and Sally Martin; her grandchildren, Tawona Martin, Richard Martin, Jr. and Warren Martin (Breanne); and her great grandchild Jackson Elliott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (215 W 23rd St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
