He is survived by: his wife Irene Y. Frati; his children, Rev. Theodore E. (Jack Anderson) of Millsboro and Patricia A. Sarver; his grandchildren, Dana Sarver (April), Erica Sarver, Christopher Sarver (Jackie) and Joseph E. Olson; his great grandchildren, Cody, Donovan, Makenna, Gabriel, Payton, Jordan and Jeremiah; his sister-in-law Joanne Reynolds; his pet Queenie; and his cousin Rev. Joseph Piekarski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
