She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy Galvin; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Clow, Beverly Gordy and Patricia Whited. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Dzielak (Lisa) and Alan Dzielak (Ellen); her brother Lonnie Clow (Joan); her grandchildren, Robin Galvin and Jamie Galvin-Greenplate (Benjamin); her great grandchildren, Ethan Galvin, Lillianne Galvin and Lucy Greenplate; and her in-laws, Liz Clow and Jerry Whited. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
