It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve (Jean) Phillips (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kalesse and Genevieve Kalesse (Stinger); her husband Edward Phillips; and her sister Margaret Grindle (late William). She is survived by: her son Thomas J Moffa (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Thomas C Moffa, Lisa Moffa and Lauryn Moffa; and her siblings, Robert Kalesse Sr. (Terrie) and Patricia Buchanan (late Norm). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
