He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George Williams Howard and Elizabeth Howard (Jones); and his daughter Roberta Seiler. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Howard (Oney); and his sons, Randy, Stuart (Nikki) and Scott. He is also survived by niece and a nephew; five grandchildren and their spouses, and four great-grandchildren.
