He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Crystal Leptien (Kenneth Johnson), Troy Leptien (Michelle) and Lisha Messick; his stepchildren, Dawn Selhorst (Erich) and David Riddell (Amy); his siblings, Albert Leptien (Sandy), Joanne Foster and Elva Mae Smith; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Ann Crist, Dakota Johnson, Kaymaurri Johnson, Jordan Eldreth, Mackenzi Selhorst, Nicholas Riddell, Abbygayle Riddell, Mark Messick and Kody Leptien.
