It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen David Hoy of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Devere Hoy Jr. and Lulu Burst; his wife Deborah Hoy (Martinez); his children, Jessica Quackenbush (David), Michael Hoy and Bradley Hoy (Whitney); his sisters, Sandy Hoffman (Thomas) and Gail Kellenberger; his granddaughters, Lily and Evy Quackenbush; and his pets, George and Gracie.
