He was predeceased by : his parents, Nelson Phillips and Frances Phillips; and his brothers, David Phillips and Charles Phillips. He is survived by : his brother Steven Phillips; his fiancée Patricia Weber; his children, Brian Phillips (Nichele), Kevin Phillips (Catherine) and Michele Haas (Kyle); his stepchildren, Nick Gordon (Lauren), Melissa Nguyen (Josh), Kelly Weber and Krissy Weber; and his former life partners, Tina Cusick and Linda Phillips. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
