He is survived by: his children, Chuck of Millsboro, DE, Brian of Reading, PA and Kathy Testa (Joe) of Wilmington, DE; his daughter-in-law Sharyn of Lewes, DE; and his grandchildren, Michael Hall of Lewes, DE, Sean, Stephen Hall of Reading, PA, Maddy and Lindsey Testa of Wilmington, DE..
