He is survived by: his children, Donna Jones, Kyle Harvey and Kevin Harvey; his brother Edward Harvey (Patricia); his sister-in-law Patricia Harvey; his sisters, Constance Blackston, Gaitha Brown, Wandora Parker, Sandra German and Patricia Harvey; his aunt Barbara Young; his uncle Bill Saunders (Mae); his siblings' children, Shonda Bordley, Yolanda McKinney (Russell), Trina Jackson (Aaron), Lakeisha Jefferson (John), Trakena Harvey, Terrance Harvey (Danielle), Kia Parker, Benjamin Brown Jr., Brandon Brown (Erin), Darrell Harvey Jr. (Morgan) and Ciara German; his friends, Mark Purnell, Charles Taylor and Jessie Rodger Jr.; his godson Brandon Brown; and his friend Manny Myers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Mother Uame Church (701 E 5th St, Wilmington, DE 19801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gracelawn Memorial Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
