She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bazela and Frances Bazela; her husband Joseph Mack; her granddaughter Maureen O'Neill; and her siblings, Estelle, Sigmund, Sophie and Msgr.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Andrisani (Joseph), Joseph Mack, Jr. (Peggy) and Deborah O'Neill (James); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Timothy, Joseph Andrisani, Stacey Mack, James O'Neill, Robert O'Neill, Brigid Martens and Maire Blaise Nauman. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
