She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Buda and Jennie Buda (Wlosinski); her husband John F. Pukalski Sr.; her sons, Anthony Pukalski and John F. Pukalski Jr.; her son-in-law William Joswick; and her brother Leon Buda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Ann Joswick and Claire Marie Behmke (Frank); her grandchildren, Adam, Jessica, Alex, Allison, Michele, Samantha, Veronica and Tony; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Logan, Shay, Dylan, Blaize, Kayden, Jocelyn, Autumn, Evander, Maddox and Journi; and her great great grandchild Alana.
