Lockett, Sr.; her foster parents, William Mattews and Ella Mattews; her children, Donald, Wayne Biddle and Diane Hands; her son-in-law Kevin Price; her great grandchild NaJia Rose; and her siblings, Walter, Leroy Willard, Julius, Willie Lockett, Sadie Lockett, Christine Kelly and Velma Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Grant Jr., Marlene and John; her grandchildren, Jarmar Bishop, Carol Kidd, Naleem Biddle, Mia Biddle, Faheem Cannon, La'Keisha Taylor, Brieem Woodall, Markia Woodall, Khidirah Hands, Rosetta Bishop, Kyeishia Woodall, Qu'Dirah Hands and Da'Nayna Hands; her daughters-in-law, Ophelia Biddle and Brenda Biddle; her brother-in-law Reverend Donald Biddle (Evelyn); her sons-in-law, William Hands and Brian Woodall; her cousin Kevin Price; and her close friends, Sherry, Eziekiel, Wallace, Pamela, Eric Harper and Shiloh Baptist Church. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
