She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Coates of Fredericksburg, VA and Nora Looney Coates of Ragland, AL.; her brother Glenn Ford; and her husband Clarence Edward Yarbough. She is survived by: her daughters, Maxine Regina Yarbough Brown and Beverly Ann Yarbough White; her sons-in-law, Earl Anthony White Jr. and Rodney Brown, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Trina Brown Perkins, Irene'e White, John Steven White, Rodney Brown, Jr., Jaquar E. White, Dereck White, Anthony White and Shawn Smith. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
