Henry H. Gunther III Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry H. Gunther III in Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Henry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Henry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry H. Gunther II and Margaret E. Gunther (Rossiter); his wife Betty Jane Gunther; his children, Stephen (Leigh Ann) and Elizabeth (Chris); and his grandchildren, Ophelia, Ingrid, Lars and Lyla.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to the Wilmington Central YMCA, 501 West 11th St., Wilmington, DE 19801.
